libperlspeak-perl software package provides Perl Module for text to speech with festival, espeak, cepstral, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libperlspeak-perl
libperlspeak-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libperlspeak-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libperlspeak-perl *
You will get with libperlspeak-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
